My name is Alyssa and I'm from Long Island, New York. 

Baking has been my passion since I was twelve years old. In the nine years since then, I Graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts, interned at Walt Disney World for three amazing months, and worked alongside some really incredible pastry chefs. I've learned some great recipes, techniques, and made a few mistakes along the way (okay, maybe a lot).
