ORDER POLICY
To uphold the best quality of my craft, I have limited spots open for custom orders. Please get to me ASAP if you know you will be having an event and would like to order desserts! I generally book up 1-2 months in advance.

LOCATION
I am located in Brookhaven for pickup- Local pickup only
DEPOSITS
I take a 25% deposit of the full total up front. The remaining balance can be paid at pickup. If you sent a deposit and would like to add to your order, the charge will be added to the remaining amount due at pickup.
Once a deposit has been sent via Venmo/Zelle your order is confirmed. No cash deposits.
If you choose Venmo as your payment option, my username is Arosa02_ please make the caption an emoji or general phrase. DO NOT use words "Cookies" or a description of your order. If you choose to use Zelle, my phone number is 917-757-2873.
CANCELLATIONS
If you have to cancel your order, cancellations are accepted up to 10 days prior to your event. If the work has already begun on your order, you may lose your deposit.
HOLIDAY ORDERS
All holiday orders will be paid in full prior to pickup- If you happen to not pay for your order and do not show, your items will be resold.
RUSH ORDERS
All custom orders require at least 2 weeks notice if I am not already booked. While I can't accommodate all last minute orders- I will make my best effort to! A 20% rush fee may be applied to any order requested with less than 2 weeks notice.
AFTER PICKUP
Once you pick up your order (thank you so much for ordering!), What happens with your item(s) is out of my hands. Keep your cookies safe, keep them cool (but NOT refrigerated!) and if you have any storage questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
INSPIRATION PHOTOS
Thanks a ton for providing those inspiration photos! They are just that- Inspiring. However, your cookies may not be perfect replicas- I'll try to keep it as close as possible!

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I'm always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means that I can not honor old pricing (because the grocery store won't honor their old butter prices- darn it!!)

Cake price varies depending on size, design, flavors & fillings.
I specialize in royal icing cookies- so, typically I do not take many cake orders. If you have something very simple in mind, send it my way and I will see if it is something I can do!
I do not work with fondant- only buttercream or naked style cake, and I do not provide flowers or toppers.
I am specific to cake filling requests, so I don't provide flavor samples- if you have any flavor ideas- I can most likely do it!
